A look at The Wind Room in Sorcery, and why it was there :)
On Sorcery I put together a vision for the audio: Let Music Live in the World. The idea was to support the rich fantasy world with an equally rich soundtrack filled with unexpected musical moments and unexpected musical features: Singing torches, musical ambience, The Banshee's song. Because of multiple constraints we ended up cutting most of the ideas. This Wind room was the sole remnant of a great idea. Music composed by Mark Mancina. Sound Design by Technicolor. I just did the musical wind sounds and implemented all of it.
