This is one of the sections of the game that I was responsible for. I created the wind and cabling "engine" in Wwise, created all the environmental audio (the destruction, the in-game cinematics, the unique impacts and explosions). I did not create the weapon sounds, or add the music or dialogue, nor did I do the final mix. I believe they added a couple of sounds here and there, including the train break screeching when the counterweight comes to a halt. It's not the sound I would've used but it added a story-telling element that really sold the moment and, for that, it was an improvement.
